From material selection to final component design, our team is dedicated to supporting your cost and fit/form/function objectives.
We make all tooling in-house – significantly reducing time to market on projects. Our on-site engineering team, pattern shop, and state-of-the-art foundry offer a unique advantage for tooling production and development that most thermoformers do not have.
Experience in materials such as ABS, ABS with laminate, TPO, Acrylic, HDPE, and PP.
4’ x 6’ forming footprint with capabilities of forming material thicknesses ranging from .060” to .350”. (Currently under contract for purchasing a 6’x10’ footprint thermoforming machine).
CNC TRIMMING & ROUTING
One 5-axis dual table 5’ x 5’ CNC router and nine 3-axis CNC machines.
Machinery is excellent for optimal cycle times routing 2d sheets of HDPE, ABS, Acrylic, and other plastic materials
Complex assembly, hidden fasteners, laser etching, bonding plastics/metal, barcoding, prototyping via tooling and 3d printing, component sourcing.
